Brent Metzler
Managing Partner

Brent Metzler specializes in International Tax and U.S. Domestic Tax working on U.S. and foreign-based multinational corporations and U.S. and foreign individuals. Brent understands the unique tax needs of multinational clients and works closely with them and their advisors to minimize worldwide taxes to help them reach their financial goals. Brent has helped resolve many voluntary disclosure cases with the Internal Revenue Service on behalf of clients with unreported foreign income and offshore bank accounts. He also advises on pre-residency planning for high net worth non-resident aliens and U.S. citizens living and working abroad.

Brent previously worked in public accounting for national firms helping clients with complex inbound and outbound tax planning.
